Overload test

超载性能试验

Running at least 30min in the max. swept, rotation speed, max. Pressure or 125% rated pressure.

最大排量、试验转速下，最高压力或 125% 额定压力的工况下，连续运转不少于 30min。

Full load test

满载试验

Continuous running on rated working conditions.

在额定工况下，被试泵做连续运转，运转时可设定。

Volumetric efficiency test

效率检查

After the test 1,2 and 3,measuring the volume efficiency on rated working condition.

完成上述项目试验后，测量额定工况下的容积效率.

Leakage Test

密封性检验

Clean the tested pump, check whether there is oil leakage at the dynamic and static seals.

将被试泵擦干净，观察动静密封处有无外渗油。

Operation Test

运转试验

Open all output pressure regulator,close the safety valve.Pump set rated speed,pressure rise up to the rating and then discharge.Running Time ≥30min.

出口压力调节阀全部打开，安全阀调到关闭状态。泵额定转速，压力从零升压至额定排出压力。运转时间 ≥30min

Low Speed Test

低速试验

Continuously operate over 10 min to measure the flow rate, pressure data and volumetric efficiency at stable output rated pressure.

在输出稳定的额定压力下，连续运转 10min 以上测量流量、压力数据、计算容积效率。

High Speed Test

超速试验

Under maximum output volume,maximum rotation rate and non-loading pressure keep running over 15 min.

在最大排量下，转速为使用最大转速，在空载压力连续运转 15min 以上。
